Registration is now closed for our 23rd Annual London Drugs Golf for Guide Dogs “lite” being held on FRIDAY, AUGUST 21st, 2020 at the Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club in Richmond, BC. Hosted by Leah and Howie Meeker, C.M.
This year we are introducing a “lite” Golf for Guide Dogs tournament in order to comply with current health protocols. We will enjoy our usual day of fun and laughs on the course, albeit with a few changes, while supporting the same great cause of breeding, raising and training Guide Dogs, Autism Service Dogs and PTSD Service Dogs for those in need. Participation has always made a difference, but this year it is imperative to have your support.
Your $200 Golfer registration includes golf, golf cart, complimentary balls on the driving range, and a lite meal with your preferred alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.
What to expect at this year’s tournament
In accordance with health procedures at the golf course, teams will be assigned a specific tee time so that play is staggered throughout the day. Participants will arrive no earlier than 25 minutes before their time and proceed to the registration table, which will be located on the North side of the clubhouse through the breezeway. Fully sanitized golf carts will be assigned to each individual golfer to ensure physical distancing, unless otherwise specified on your registration form. After their game, players are invited to enjoy a “lite” meal with their choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.
