“We are nothing without our volunteers.”

This quote is used time and time again. And you know what? It wouldn’t get used so often if it wasn’t 100% true.

In Calgary, we are a small office of two staff members and we wouldn’t get anything done without the support of our fabulous family of volunteers. No puppies would be raised, no school programs would be taught, no donor visits would be held, no events would be hosted – you get the idea. Along with our volunteers, we represent our organization with pride and focus and we do it all while having a good time too.

The Calgary volunteers and staff are one big extended family and we support each other, make each other laugh and face each and every day with the aim of helping those in need. Who could ask for anything more?!
