Alberta Guide Dogs and friends were participants in the Calgary Scotiabank Marathon Charity Challenge 5 km route on May 27.

The team, which included Guide Dogs in training, raised $3,730 through donations. The Alberta Guide Dogs team will use the funds to help raise and train Guide and Autism Support Dogs for those in need.Our amazing team included Sandra, Barb, Jonathan & Georgia, Chris, Wendy D, Jo, Jenny, Linda, Wendy C, Brian, Ethan, James & Katrina, Jim, Sandra and Barb. The puppies that braved the warm day and walked were Mac, Ace, Roo, Winston, Austin, Jupiter, Mumford, Alfie and they were joined by our Alberta ambassador dog, Ivy. A fun time was had by all and we can’t thank everyone enough for your support.
